Job Description:
- Drive strategic planning of customer portfolio: build growth plans with clear revenue and margin targets;
- Expand cooperation with assigned customers by identifying and winning new business opportunities, offering additional services;
- Build and develop strong relationships with assigned customer’s;
- Through own work and by leading dedicated Customer Teams ensure that our customers continually receive the highest level of customer service;
- Monitor customer KPIs (revenue, margins, quality, on time deliveries, inventory levels, etc.) and take ownership for improvements.
- Act as voice of the customer inside Kitron – escalate structural issues and drive solutions;
- Manage contracts and agreements, lead negotiations;
Requirements:
- Proven ability to manage demanding global customers;
- Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills, internally and externally;
- Project management skills;
- Experience leading cross-functional team;
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen;
- Leadership and ownership;
- Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken;

- Salary range for this position is 3500-5400 EUR gross (before taxes). In Kitron salary offer is based on the predefined salary ranges for each position and depends on the level of experience and competence of the candidate;
