Job Description:

• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of factory IT systems and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production operations.

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day IT operations at the factory.

• Lead and develop the local IT team.

• Ensure compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity standards.

• Work closely with the local management team and corporate IT.

• Take responsibility for the factory IT budget planning and control.

• Ensure cybersecurity readiness and support business continuity initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (preferred).

• Broad technical foundation in IT.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving experience.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.

• English – full professional proficiency.

• Salary range for this position is 3500- 5200 EUR gross (before taxes). In Kitron salary offer is based on the predefined salary ranges for each position and depends on the level of experience and competence of the candidate;
