Job Description:

• Own complex customer projects (from award through serial production), as well as key internal initiatives, ensuring flawless delivery on time, on budget and within scope.
• Drive end-to-end project planning and execution: define scope, set milestones, allocate resources and control budgets to secure profitability.
• Act as the main operational interface between customers, senior stakeholders, Key Account Managers, procurement, engineering, production, etc.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, cost and timeline targets while proactively managing risks and scope changes.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
• Continuously challenge the status quo to enhance project execution, efficiency and cost performance.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven track record in managing complex projects. Experience in electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional teams under demanding conditions.
• Solid understanding of project budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Commercial awareness: ability to link technical decisions to cost, profitability and customer impact.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
